Orders & Dispatch

Orders are packaged and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Order confirmation will be sent via email.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and are dependent on third-party courier services.

Liability for the package transfers once the order has been handed to the courier partner.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Approved cancellations will be refunded within a reasonable processing period, subject to payment provider timelines.
