Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under specific circumstances to ensure the integrity of our high-quality perfume products. A product is eligible for return if it meets either of the following criteria: physical damage incurred during shipping (e.g., broken bottle, cracked packaging impacting the product), or a broken or malfunctioning atomizer. Please note that returns for reasons other than these specified damages or defects will not be accepted. The return period is strictly limited to 30 calendar days from the original date of purchase.

Damage Reporting and Refund Process

Should you discover that your product is damaged upon arrival or that the atomizer is broken, you must immediately contact our Customer Service team via email. To qualify for a refund, you are required to provide full proof of the damage, which includes sending high-resolution photographs via email or WhatsApp that clearly illustrate the issue. Once the damage claim is validated by our team, the refund process will be initiated. We guarantee that the refund will be processed and completed within 7 days of your initial contact with Customer Service, provided all necessary proof has been supplied.

Policy on Counterfeit Products

Customer satisfaction and product authenticity are our highest priorities. In the rare event that you believe you have received a counterfeit product, you must notify us immediately. To proceed with an investigation and qualify for an exchange, you must first provide us with proof of payment and return the suspected product to our facility. Upon receipt, the product will be thoroughly evaluated by our quality control team. If the product is confirmed to be fake, we will not issue a refund but will instead promptly process an exchange for a guaranteed authentic replacement. Furthermore, any entire batch of products from which a counterfeit item originated will be immediately destroyed or returned to the original suppliers to prevent any further distribution.
